The Gloucester Tri was one of the most well-organized events in which I have ever participated. Informative pre-race emails kept registrants up-to-date on road conditions and other tidbits. The number pick-up was well-staffed and smooth. The transition area prior to and during the race was well-organized and orderly. Perhaps, most importantly, the course was lined with volunteers and very well-marked to keep racers informed of course nuances. The course itself was challenging, but nice and loaded with enthusiastic supporters. Even the race's one glitch--the National Anthem recording was not functioning--turned out great when all participants belted out the tune ourselves. Honestly, the most common post-race feedback I heard, was "I can't think of anything they could have done better." Enough said, great job!"

Great job with this weekend's event. The Gloucester Triathlon was very well organized and great fun. You did a wonderful job pulling it together. Many thanks for bringing the triathlon to Cape Ann!

I especially appreciated the spontaneous singing of the national anthem by the particpants. I know it was caused by some minor technical difficulties. But, the end result was great and I think the singing of the national anthem should become a tradition at every following Gloucester Tri for years to come.

I sincerely hope the events takes root and continues for many years. I know my family and I are already looking forward to next year's race! Thanks again,

Well, I think it's an understatement to say that today's event was absolutely awesome! Hats off to you all for pulling it together and for running it so well. I have already heard people talk about doing it next year and that it was inspirational... not sure how you can get much better than that!

I really liked the race! The run was fantastic! I loved having the crowd lined up for a run through like that. Finish corral was nice and big just in case it's a close race.

Overall, one of my favorite races this year. Nice Job!

WOW! I just wanted to take a second and commend you and your team for putting on such a great event! As a life long Gloucester resident and first time participant, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the event, but everything went so well. Congrats! The course was in great condition, the amount of spectators was over whelming, the management of the start, transition area and volunteers along the course were fantastic. I was amazed how organized it was and wanted to share my experience with your team. I am hooked and look forward to competing again, hopefully in all the Commonwealth series.

Just a quick note of thanks on a great race up in Gloucester yesterday. This is my first season of triathlons, Gloucester was #3 of my career...and I am totally hooked. It was a great day, a great course and the volunteers were exceptionally kind and helpful. Also -- I have to say...the logos for your events are by far some of the best around! Makes for great merchandise....
